How to convert liters of a bowl to kilograms of dough in mixers and dough mixers?
Calculating the volume of a bowl in liters to kilograms of dough is simpler than it seems. The measurement used to determine how much dough to use in your mixer or dough mixer depends on the type of flour you'll be using.
For example, for industrial mixers and dough mixers, if you are going to use heavy dough (dough that is harder) you have to use approximately one third of the bowl's capacity.
But if you're using liquid batter, you have to fill the bowl halfway.
