Guarantees.

KITCHENMAX MSI guarantees to the original purchaser that the distributed equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring perfect service under normal use and maintenance. KITCHENMAX MSI transfers the warranties offered by the manufacturer and/or distributor to the original supplier.
This warranty does not cover the following:
  • Before requesting technical service, please verify that your electrical installation is suitable, especially if you have more than one appliance installed in your home/business. All service calls will incur a charge.
  • This warranty does not cover electrical parts such as resistors, motors, thermostats, coils, etc., due to the high risk posed by voltage fluctuations during installation. The current must be alternating current of the voltage indicated in the installation instructions. If these instructions are unavailable, the end customer must contact the supplier. In the case of equipment with electrical and/or electronic components, a surge suppressor must be installed.
  • It does not cover abuse and misuse by the customer when the equipment is used for actions other than those for which it was manufactured.
  • It is vitally important to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and before signing the delivery receipt. Damage incurred during transit will not be the responsibility of KITCHENMAX MSI . All equipment must be inspected upon receipt by the end customer, and any damage will be the sole responsibility of the delivery company. KITCHENMAX MSI is not responsible for damage during shipping.
  • The adjustments, calibration, leveling and connection associated with plumbing, gas installation or electrical installation ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE EQUIPMENT INSTALLER.
  • Any defective product or parts thereof, within one year, must be reported to the distributor, who will forward the information to the supplier. It is understood that if the equipment is covered under warranty, the customer must assume the shipping costs, and the warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts by the SUPPLIER, not the DISTRIBUTOR, and this could take between 15 and 30 business days, depending on the problem.
  • If the customer wishes to have the equipment repaired at their home, they will have to pay the technician's travel and transportation expenses to carry out the service.
  • KITCHENMAX MSI does not accept charges for any service that the ORIGINAL BUYER or other persons perform on our products, as well as any freight charges, unless previously authorized.

1- 3-MONTH WARRANTY ON EQUIPMENT UNDER $20,000.00 MXN AND 6-MONTH WARRANTY ON EQUIPMENT OVER $20,000.00 MXN . For ELECTRICAL issues, a 1-MONTH WARRANTY applies.

2- ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR A 25% COST ON THE FINAL RETURN AMOUNT.

3- EQUIPMENT/MODEL EXCHANGES ARE ALSO RETURNS, SO THEY WILL CAUSE THE SAME PERCENTAGE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Failure to follow and apply the instructions and specifications for use, care or maintenance included in the operating manual may void this warranty .

  • When requesting a warranty service, the following must be available:

  • Name of the person requesting the service
  • Copy of the invoice with which you acquired/purchased the equipment in question, a document that must clearly detail the model(s) and the serial number(s) of the same.

  • Photographic or video evidence of the reported equipment.
